Big Changes - General - Fat Jaws Badness

Dolemyte Commander Posts: 1116	Posted on Mon Feb 2, 2004 2:52 am Promotions: Myself, Gearshift, Masquerade, Slayer Demotions: BloodPod, Crawdad The Command Structure that I have been trying to deny and broaden is going to be re-established under myself. I tried for awhile to spread out the responsibilities, but it doesn't work. Therefore, I will now be the sole Commanding Officer of the Badness. Everyone please congratulate me. We all know I have worked hard and that I deserve recognition of this magnitude. Grax, should he choose to accept the honor and responsibility, will become the Full-Time Executive Officer of the Badness. In my extended absence or in a situation where I cannot be reached, Grax will act with full authority on my behalf. To round out the Command Staff, Masquerade, Gearshift, and Slayer have been promoted to full Senior Staff Members. They will now act as Senior Officers in whatever capacity they are needed. BloodPod and Crawdad have been demoted to regular staff due to long periods of inactivity. Senior Staff positions will only be filled by people who are consistently participating and who never go away for a long period of time, whether they can help it or not. To my XO and new Senior Staff Members: It will be your duty to lead FJB into the future as we branch out to new games. It is highly unlikely that we wil all be involved in the same game all of the time, so it will be up to each of you to carry the Leadership responsibilities into each game that we play. I also ask that you keep me informed of games that others may be playing and what role FJB may be playing in those games. I have a bad habit of not really caring about games that I do not like or play, so I need you all to keep me abreast of things. That includes suggesting support be added to the website for a particular game. Recruiting: Our numbers are very small, as you all know. I would like to make a call to all of you to be aware of players around you who may not have yet been enlightened to the light of the Badness. I task each of you with beginning a new recruitment process in each of the games you play. If it is a game that I am not involved in, I pledge to give you any support you need inorder to accomplish this task. I do not want FJB to sit idle and die while each of us wait to have our cable/dsl reconnected. We need to take a new proactive approach to recruiting. Please congratulate your new Staff Members and carry the torch of the Badness where ever you go, burning only those who are worthy to wear our brand. CO out.

Mostly due to inactivity. The Command Staff is now as follows: CO: K-Money Senior Officers: Gearshift, Razzle, Slayer Officer Staff: BloodPod, Crawdad, Flatline, Scrotie I am not even going to give you the recruiting speech, because you all know how it goes. I enjoy our tight-knit, Ventrilo chemistry, but we could use more message board participation and some new blood. I thought we had something going in WoW, but oh well. EVE and Battlefield would be good games to start with. See you on the trizzle.
