Hey, I REALLY want all of your input on this. I think, for the most part, we are all in favor of the Terran Republic. I would like to start getting some kind of outline together to help organize our forces in PlanetSide.
I envision a system with a CinC in charge of several Commanders, each with their own specific and unique operation squads. They could be separated by Air, Tanks, Infantry, etc. and each squad would then be split into 2 or more smaller units. I know that we all have different prefernces as far as how we like to play, so I think we should spread ourselves over several areas and heavily recruit others into those areas to fill subordinate positions. 
Each of the specialized unit commanders would rotate XO responsibilites. So, here is the question: Who does what? I would personally like to lead the Air Division. I was thinking of Pod for the Ground Vehicle Position and Grax for the Spec Ops. Craw, would you like to be the CinC? Should we call James? Let me know what you guys think. One thing we REALLY need to do is recruit HEAVILY from day one. I would really like to see us get atleast 50 active members for PlanetSide. /flame on |

From my understanding, once you get enough rank ingame you get access to command functions, and that CinC at the beginning would actually just be on paper. actually all of us just are gonna be starting out a grunts, hopefully we play enough(no need to worry about that) to get our ranks up to get the certs. we need for operations. just imagine 2 galaxy loaded w/ tanks and infantry being escorted by scouts planes to land near a enemy installation deploy the tanks for head on assualt while spec ops are already in the base hacking it. CANT WAIT!!!

That is exactly what I envision! I would like to see us have several distinct units that can work together flawlessly BECAUSE they are unique and specialized. We will all be in our positions "on paper" in the beginning, but I think if we have specific goals mapped out, it will help with our cert allocations.
Did I mention how fun this game is going to be?
